Short Bio:  The Skies Are Shifting is a post-hardcore band centered in the Chicago area that blends styles across the genre with elements of math rock and progressive post hardcore. The band name signifies the ever changing nature of the world and those in it due to the passage of time, for better or worse. This is also reflected in the various songwriting styles as each song pulls the listener through a shifting, multi-layered soundscape of sonic palettes like lush cleans and blistering distortions, that will be sure to thrill any lover of the genre.
