Six years ago, guitarist Tim Chandler stepped down from his position as lead guitarist in Forged In Black. Tim had been with the band since they began, and it was a sad day when he was forced to relinquish his role. However, in 2022 the stars aligned for Tim and Forged In Black and the guitarist was able to rejoin the band he had helped launch once again, renewing his six-string partnership with Andy Songhurst. In Tim's absence Forged In Black had released the mighty Sinner Sanctorum EP and their stunning album for Fighter Records, Descent Of The Serpent - leaving Tim with a lot of songs to learn! He's been hard at work behind the scenes and today the band have issued a guitar playthrough video showing that Tim is definitely back in the saddle - check out his playthrough of 'Descent Of The Serpent' right here...
