There's no better to have bands that we don't know (and sometimes even have an extensive career) to make a good impression. That's what happened to this "XI" duo Tiny Trees that manages to bring together progressive rock, post rock and even some of the weight of post metal (not much, at least in its heaviest form, but some) in one article. The sense of depth and atmospheric is even what draws most attention. Where the voice plays a key role. It goes against the common places of the genres mentioned above and presents new paths. It doesn't sea revolutionary but something natural, like, "how come no one had thought of this before?" An album that flows like water and that you hear over and over again without even giving up on it. Huge surprise.
