Romania’s premier deathcore band, Avoid Humanity, is the the first metal band ever to play live at the infamous Bran Castle, famously portrayed as Dracula’s Castle in Bram Stoker’s novel. The video is available on Audiotree Live.

“The pandemic disproportionately affected the music industry and we wanted to do something to feel alive, so we decided to play in these special places. We never expected to be able to play Bran Castle or the Museum of Recent Art in Bucharest, as they are pretty upscale venues for a metal band. So huge thanks to open minded people who gave us an unexpected lifeline” said Vlad the Impaler drummer.

Avoid Humanity’s debut album, Apex of Impurity, was considered one of the breakout releases of the Romanian underground metal scene. By blending old school death metal with the energy of modern hardcore, they are considered one of the top metal bands of Romania.
