Unmother is a Black Metal group based in London, UK.
The group is the child of ambient and black metal musician Venla (Venla, Formless Body, .Skkin), multi-genre musician Declwa (Those Damn Thieves, Yataghan Cuts, Emptiness [GR]) and guitarist and sound engineer Azoso (Brain Drain). We are thrilled to announce the release of our debut album “Lay Down the Sun” on digital platforms.
“Lay Down the Sun” is an attempt to convey today's dystopic reality through a mix of atmospheric and experimental elements paired with traditional black metal. The album was recorded and mixed in London and Scotland during the last 2 years and has been mastered by Maria F. Carillo in Mexico. We would love to be featured in your blog and have attached links where you can listen to our work.
