PRESS RELEASE- Hell On Highwater Heavy Music Festival

Chapter 1: Welcome to the New World Slaughter...

Local businesses Sawtell Concreting, Fluke & Fern Marketing Agency and Big Griff Events have teamed up to bring an epic evening of seaside hard rock & metal sounds to the Coffs Coast this June Long Weekend.

Having not seen a dedicated line-up of heavy sounds like this in Coffs in over a decade, the Red-C Event Centre will be jumping, drawing metal and rock fans from all over the country to Coffs Harbour for the inaugural ‘Hell On High Water’ event.

Kicking off from 5pm on Saturday 12 June 2021, the lineup features headline slots from Byron’s very own FROM CRISIS TO COLLAPSE & hard hitting Sydney two piece ASTRODEATH. Supports come in the way of regional act MINDS END & local rulers from Coffs THE OUTCOME, BAKASURA & FLYING GIANT.

This heavy AF lineup was curated by ‘Hell on Highwater’s founder, Robbie Ollier- who is also the lead singer of metal band Bakasura. Robbie says ‘we’ve been hanging to pull together a sick day of epic bands, to showcase some real local talent & get everybody out again to see

some live music. There are so many good crew here & there are loads more bands we want to give the opportunity to play on a festival stage, so make sure you get your tickets quick so we can start planning the next Hell on High Water!’

‘Hell on High Water’ plans to stamp it’s footprint on the world of Australian hard rock by making an epic racket on the Coffs Coast & supporting live music by staging a series of ongoing festivals as the live music scene continues to make a comeback post-COVID.

Tickets start at $35 with a limited Early Bird discount rate, so make sure you get ‘em whilst they’re hot as hell!! Check it out at
