METAL VRAU being ROCK STAR for a day!

If you like Heavy Metal, you will suddenly assume that you have already shouted "Stand Up And Shoooout" several times until you are crushed! This is a fact!

The 'collab' released by METAL VRAU this week is precisely this which is one of the most emblematic tracks extracted from the soundtrack of the very famous film “Rock Star” , launched exactly 20 years ago (2001) and very dear to lovers of good old metal ! Not only the heavy soundtrack, but the whole story of the film is practically what every young person (and even older) dreams of one day: becoming a famous 'rock star'. His plot was loosely based on the story of singer Tim “Ripper” Owens, singer of a cover band by the gigantic British heavy metal band Judas Priest at the time and who was lucky enough to be chosen to replace his idol Rob Halford on his own, and has a killer soundtrack full of great metal, like, for example, Jeff Scott Soto, Zakk Wylde, Jason Boham, Jeff Pilson etc, falling in favor of every self-respecting headbanger.

Until today, and for the next generations, the fictional band 'Steel Dragon', which symbolized Judas Priest in the film, will always be remembered because of true classics recorded with the monsters mentioned above.

More about METAL VRAU:

METAL VRAU is a São Paulo channel on YouTube, founded in May 2018 by musicians, guitarists and longtime friends, Rafael Pacheco and Sandro "Murdok", in order to enhance the style they love so much, Heavy Metal in all its aspects and subgenres, devoid of prejudice and with good doses of humor. The purpose of the channel is to present not only collaborative videos with great musicians of the Brazilian metal scene and pay homage to national and world giants of Rock / Metal, but also 'playthrough' of authorial material from the duo and other bands, interviews with important personalities within the style, special participations, reviews and personal opinions about instruments, all very well produced, with respect and extreme good taste. Unfortunately, after three years on the channel, Sandro "Murdok" had to leave amicably to dedicate himself to other personal and professional projects, but Rafael Pacheco will continue with his firm and strong legacy!
