It left for a heavy metal influenced NWOTHM, mostly in a good dynamic, that the Polish SHADOW WARRIOR offer us with the release of their first album "Cyberblade".
A classic Heavy song in the genre, without being high pitched, is held by Anna Kłos, with a small dose of aggressiveness that she will bring when she forces her voice, which you will notice on the opening track "Cyberblade ". A title that begins with the announcement of an assassination in the land of the rising sun, in several languages, including French, and which gives the starting point of this concept album on Japan.
On "Demolition Hammer", the energy, musical and vocal, is at the rendezvous, a melodic refrain, choruses and the voice which grates pleasantly, a stylish solo, the group knows how to do it in heavy metal.
Very melodic catchy chorus with backing vocals on "Iron Hawk Rising" where the voice is clearer, the solo in the lineage, it is fluid and playful.
"I Am The Thunder" is more fit with its very alert riff that the rhythm section reinforces even more, the bass provides beautiful sounds and is associated with the big solo, the chorus with choirs giving the impression of reverberation is very power, a frenzied track that will develop all its strength live ...
Musically, we will find an influence IRON MAIDEN and WARLOCK, among others and to name a few, however, on the tonic "Squadrons Of Steel" we will find a riff worthy of a great MOTÖRHEAD, title on which the bass is positioned at again, the drums are impressive and Anna shows a beautiful vocal presence.
"Headless Riders" starts off with the sound of a motorbike, JUDAS PRIEST, Rob riding his Harley on stage, it's fast, the guitars are excited, the chorus is imposing, the solo on the huge bass is explosive, a heavy mix where would find mixed the technique of Steve Harris, KK Downing and Glenn Tipton in the service of the singer.
Particularities on "Demon's Sword" which will consist of a very moderate part and a more tonic second and on "Flight Of The Steel Samurai". I was afraid that it would be a ballad, because the title starts slowly but in the end, it will take a whole different turn and continue in a sustained tempo with many arrangements around the main voice. Note that we will find to conclude the title, an announcement in the same form as the first title, but for information on a more promising and human space future. A whole program for the rest of the concept ...
SHADOW WARRIOR delivers us a classic opus, remarkably interpreted, which is easily listened to and which offers titles with choruses adapted for the participation of the public. Any fan of traditional old school Heavy Metal will not be able to remain indifferent. We can not wait to discover them on stage, because the compositions presented must render with great efficiency.

Shadow Warrior is the classic heavy metal attack in the vein of early Accept, Iron Maiden, Saxon and Warlock. The band was formed in 2019 and made their recording debut with 5-song EP “Return of the Shadow Warrior”, which lyrics were based directly on history and culture of Japan. The album, initially self-released by the band in limited 100 copies, turned out to be a hit and in 2 weeks span it was totally sold out. Soon afterwards the band started to gain attention of classic heavy metal record labels from all over the world – this yielded in reissue of their EP for Asian, South American and European markets, released by Spiritual Beast, Burning Leather and Heathen Tribes respectively on CD, vinyl and MC.
By early 2020 Shadow Warrior made contact with Japanese heavy metal legend, Metalucifer, which resulted in 7” vinyl single “Heavy Metal Typhoon”, which featured Metalucifer/Sabbat lead singer Gezolucifer on vocals and iconic metal collector, Neal Tanaka, on the album cover.
By mid-2020 the band finished recording of their full-length debut album, “Cyberblade”.
