Today, Personal Records announces the signing of Knellwraith, from Salt Lake City, Utah. The first fruit of this union shall be the band's highly anticipated debut album, Melancholium, which is currently being recorded and will see release during the first half of 2021.

Born from vocalist/instrumentalist Whoracles one dead autumn night in 2018, Knellwraith was vomited forth from the void to explore dark, sorrowful landscapes in the form of melodic-yet-dismal black/doom metal inspired by legendary acts such as (old) Katatonia, (old) Paradise Lost, Dissection, and Ophthalamia. With themes of tragedy, lust, and death, Knellwraith intends to keep honing their style and become titans in the world of underground metal.
