High off the release of their July single "Mannequin," UK progressive sludge outfit Sail have just released Live at TAD Studios, a four-track EP that captures the band at its rawest and most emotive.
Drummer Tom Coles says, "This was a difficult year. But through all of 2020 our fans have stuck by us, joining us for the livestreams, sending us videos of their lockdown activities and helping us to celebrate our latest single, 'Mannequin.' This EP is for everyone who's joined us in getting through this year, featuring a new live version of 'Mannequin' and re-worked versions of 'Shimmer' and 'Old Tom,' two deeper cuts from our 2017 album Slumbersong. Plus, we can reveal a new, never-before-heard track, 'Bookends!' We wanted to celebrate these tracks in a different environment and add a positive note as we head into 2021.
