It follows in the footsteps of the heavy metal message, which is why the word Scepter is in the title, to have control over our destiny, to fight our demons, and to aim for a better tomorrow. The album attracted fans from different genres and musical tastes, which is something that Dragonrider is very proud of.

Bio:
Dragonrider's musical journey began in 2001 under the name "Valderia" when Rad decided to form a Traditional Power Metal band (something that did not exist in the Middle East at the time).

In Amman the scene was mainly Death Metal and cover bands, it was difficult to find the right members with the same musical direction. Rad recorded the first demo called “As We Raise The Flags Of War” and In 2006, Waleed and Hijawi Joined the band. The chemistry was just right and the name changed to Dragonrider. A singer and a drummer joined afterwards, and the band recorded a second demo called "Valley of Dreams". In 2007, the band entered the studio to record a third demo "Musical Sword" which was the first to be released on CD.

In 2009, the band released its 1st EP "Moon Serenade". Around that time the band began to stand out locally, and even though the singer and bassist left the band, a few friends and guest musicians from around the world stood by Dragonrider. The band released a series of singles featuring big names on Vocals starting with "By the Power of Metal" in 2011, featuring Veronica Freeman, then a re-release of “As We Raise The Flags Of War” featuring Jaden Adair, followed by "Tower of Babylon" which featured Carsten "Lizard" Schulz on vocals.

In 2014, Rad and Waleed moved to Europe in search of like-minded musicians. The search for a singer continued until Michalis Rinakakis "Revile, Ex Air Raid" joined the band officially in 2015. Early 2018, the band released the single "Lone Rider", which was another big hit that attracted a lot of attention from fans, radios, labels and booking agents.

In 2020, the band got a record deal with the American record Label "Stormspell Records" and the debut album "Scepter of Domination" was released on the 17th of September 2020.
