Steven Michael Pape’s third interview for Autoerroticasphyxium zine is posted to promote the impending release of his new poem anthology, A Weapon Called The Word. The book is expected to be released in June or July, with cover art by longtime collaborator Tim Bennett [the cover artist for Pape’s previous anthologies 21st Century Wasteland, Observations With Half Closed Eyes and A Closed Mind Is An Open Trap] and editing by new collaborator Rose Terranova Cirigliano. A Weapon Called The Word features fifty poems touching on subjects like homelessness, gang culture, poverty and other issues in society. There are nature-themed poems featured in the anthology to create a balance of a sort.
