Sadly we announce that from the 15th November 2018 Scuzz will be closing as TV channel. For the past 15 years Scuzz has prided itself on delivering an alternative to the mainstream on TV, a place where rock & metal fans could tune in to and see their favourite bands and discover new ones. We were never afraid to play music that was considered too ‘aggressive’ or ‘alternative’ and we believe in championing new music and discovering the future greats in our ever-evolving music scene. We want to massively thank the Scuzz TV audience, you are the reason we have kept going for so long in an increasingly difficult music TV landscape. The constant messages through social media, the engagement and passion you show for what we do has made running this channel more of a passion than it has a job. We’d like to thank every single band, record label, management team, PR and plugger we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years, you have been the backbone of the channel, allowing us to broadcast videos, interviews, festival and awards shows with some the biggest bands on the planet and helping us provide some truly unique and engaging content. Unfortunately, as all good things, we must come to an end – the nature of how music is consumed, and the decline of the TV music market over the past year means that the channel has become unsustainable. You can still find our original content over on our YouTube channel, which will continue to be operational. Again, thank you all so much for the support, we have been Scuzz TV.
