«fluid» is – different… It is difficult to grasp; it trickles through one’s mind whilst grinding its grooves into the consciousness. Is this Post Metal? Maybe! But this term is broad enough for sure; it defies the narrow frame of expectations one tries to force it into; it is unstable, but complete on its own terms; at times calm, sometimes menacing and relentless – and at times it tends to erupt into a brute force. It is different: its words sink to the ground of our understanding in another language, its sounds have another flow around our ears – «fluid» is other.

As announced a few weeks ago with the official music video of "I de fluet verhaut" : 3 years after 'Touchstone' (2017, Cold Smoke Records), Swiss post-metal/rock four-piece The Burden Remains just officially released their brand new creation called 'fluid' and consisting in a studio album + a film created in collaboration with the Exit Filmkollektiv , on LP & Digital through their own imprint TND – Tertium Non Datur Records .
In addition to the official release-news, the album is also available right now for full-streaming on Bandcamp .
