Los Angeles-based duo INTRCPTR - formed by guitarist Ben Carr of 5ive and drummer Larry Herweg of Pelican - presents a brand-new official video through a premiere at Decibel Magazine. The track "Dusted" is found on the band's second EP, II, released last year through Dark Operative imprint Pax Aeternum. The video sees its debut as the band announces its dissolution.
INTRCPTR's "Dusted" video was edited by Kenneth Thomas using live Footage by Daniel Kirby and Matt Nielson, and still photography by Marfa Capodanno, Priscilla Chavez, Chad Kelco, Diona Mavis, and Matt Nielson.
Larry Herweg humbly offers with the video and break-up announcement, "Kenneth Thomas a longtime friend and collaborator with Pelican and other label mates made the perfect send off for our band. Upon getting the finished video this past week I found out Ben was relocating back to the East Coast. This past week we were also scheduled to open for Shiner in LA, but like all live shows it got postponed indefinitely. It would've been a great last show together, but the world has different plans for everyone right now. Thank you to everyone that listened, came out to our shows, helped us put out our music, etc. I'm going to miss jamming with you Ben. It was nice having you out here for a few years and so glad you asked me to get together to play music. Safe travels and hope to see you soon. Be well everyone."

As longtime veterans of ungodly catchy riffs within the framework of all things heavy, INTRCPTR did not disappoint in the slightest when it comes to one's preconceptions of what becomes possible when collaborative inspiration between mutually-respected friends persists and persists. With two driving new tracks, INTRCPTR packed a succinct but solid blow with II'sDusted" and "D.I.W.I.W.Y.L." As with their debut, the band recorded with Gabe Van who engineered and mixed the record at Akira Audio, after which it was mastered by Slowdive's Simon Scott at SPSMastering and completed with photography by Andrew Weiss.
