It’s now being reported by Wall Of Sound that the below image of what appeared to be an admat for a 2020 world tour from Rage Against The Machine has confirmed to have been a fake created by an Australian individual. Said person issued a statement to the publication revealing they set out to troll with the image. At present the only confirmed dates include the three March shows and the two ‘Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival‘ stops.
Original Story:
We may now have a clearer picture of where the newly reunited Rage Against The Machine are planning to tour in 2020 thanks to an admat which was seemingly posted accidentally on their official Instagram overnight. A screencap of that was captured by Tone Deaf and it can be seen below. According to the leaked admat, the band will be hitting the following cities in 2020:
03/26 El Paso, TX – TBA
03/28 Las Cruces, NM – TBA
03/30 Phoenix, AZ – TBA

If the dates do indeed turn out to be genuine, they fall on a number of festival-friendly dates. The July 18th Byron Bay show falls around the same time as the ‘Splendour In The Grass‘ festival. The September 11th Chicago, IL show falls around the same time as ‘Riotfest‘. September 18th in Louisville, KY is around the same time as the ‘Louder Than Life Festival‘. June 21st in Clisson, FRA lines up with ‘Hellfest Open Air‘ etc. Presumably given the apparent leak, the tour dates will officially be announced in the near future.
