Napalm Death bassist/vocalist Shane Embury has shared a follow-up post regarding his absence from the band’s fall U.S. tour with Municipal Waste, Sick Of It All and Take Offense. He has since confirmed that his absence isn’t health-related, offering:
“Hi folks – Shane here just to Let all out there know I am totally fine no health issues (well could do with going on a
diet but what’s new 😳) but as we said cannot make the tour – at the moment it’s beyond our control and I am ultra weakened as we napalm death guys say i can’t make it great bands and great friends love to everyone 🤘💕🤘Shane ND”
The band’s former guitar tech Vernon Blake (Anarchus, etc.) will be filling in on the tour with dates to run as follows:
