Västmanland, Sweden — Swedish doom force Hexjakt emerge from the underground with a crushing contribution to the four-way split Four Altars of Sin, out now via Majestic Mountain Records.

Formed in 2024, Hexjakt have rapidly established themselves within the Scandinavian doom and stoner underground with a sound defined by weight, patience, and atmosphere. Their approach feels less like a traditional band and more like a slow-moving ritual, where repetition becomes pressure and distortion becomes environment.

Built on thick, fuzz-drenched guitars, cavernous low end, and deliberate pacing, Hexjakt’s sound sits at the intersection of collapse and transcendence. Every passage is stretched, sharpened, and allowed to breathe until it becomes something heavier than structure alone.
