ANTANIA ANNOUNCE EUROPEAN TOUR WITH SKAPHOS
THE DESCENT RELEASE TOUR KICKS OFF APRIL 2026

California-based extreme metal outliers Antania continue their global ascent with the announcement of a European tour this April alongside Skaphos , as part of The Descent Release Tour . The run follows Antania’s recent signing with Sound Works Direct Japan , placing the band in elite company alongside Marduk, Archspire, Obscura, Origin, and Skaphos .

The tour will see Antania bringing their unmistakable sonic violence to stages across Europe, while Skaphos arrive armed with a brand-new release , making this a must-see pairing for fans of forward-thinking, uncompromising extreme metal.

Known for completely rewriting the rulebook, Antania operate with no guitars and no strings , relying instead on crushing low-end bass, feral percussion, industrial intensity, and experimental brutality. Their sound draws influence from Ministry, Slayer, and The Prodigy , resulting in a live experience that is punishing, hypnotic, and impossible to ignore.

Antania recently drew major attention with their video for “BloodLove,” directed by Matt Zane and inspired by the crimes of British serial killer Joanna Dennehy , further cementing the band’s reputation for merging dark narrative with unfiltered aggression.
