In a metal scene often obsessed with polish and perfection, ABRASHED emerges as a bold reminder that true artistry comes from grit, fire, and unfinished business. Formed during the isolation of the COVID lockdowns, ABRASHED channels raw emotion, decades of untapped creativity, and a fearless DIY ethos into their debut album, Unfinished Business .

What began as a reunion between founding members Cliff David Greenberg and guitarist Sean McMechen to revisit their metal roots quickly evolved into something much larger. With drummer and songwriter Eddie Gresely joining the mix, the trio embraced improvisation, remote collaboration across Florida and New Jersey, and a relentless drive to create something authentic. The result is an album that fuses crushing riffs, complex rhythms, and introspective melodies into a sound that defies simple classification.
