Rising from the studio lockdown origins of 2020, Summon The Moon is back with their third full-length album, Kaiju Blues , dropping September 28, 2025 . The album delivers a fierce blend of rock, hard rock, and metal, resonating with fans of BearTooth, Clutch, and Memphis Mayfire.
Originally conceived as a solo studio project, Summon The Moon evolved into a full live act due to local demand, with Brandon Bell (vox/guitar), Dale Sheppard (lead guitar), Danny Bell (vox/drums), and Chad Grant (bass guitar) forming the current lineup. While the live show boasts a tight, consistent group, the band’s recordings remain a collaborative community project, welcoming musicians outside the core lineup.
Kaiju Blues showcases Summon The Moon’s signature sound—heavy riffs, driving rhythms, and soaring vocals—all written, recorded, mixed, mastered, and produced by Brandon Bell. The album marks a bold step forward for the band as they prepare to return to stages across Nashville and middle Tennessee.
