Melodic death metal solo project Ruinforge is set to strike with their newest single, “Unforetold,” hitting digital platforms on October 17, 2025 . Fans of Children of Bodom, Wintersun, and Ensiferum will find plenty to sink their teeth into, as Ruinforge fuses razor-sharp riffs, soaring melodies, and unforgettable choruses into a relentless sonic assault.
Ruinforge is the brainchild of vocalist and guitarist Jordan Fowler , whose vision balances dark introspection and existential peril with vibrant, anthemic energy. The single showcases Fowler’s knack for crafting songs that push melodic death metal beyond its traditional boundaries, blending aggression and melody into a captivating listening experience.
“Unforetold” follows Ruinforge’s critically well-received debut album, Mist and Myth (2024), which earned praise from fans of the Finnish melodic death metal scene for its technical prowess and memorable hooks.
