Metal juggernauts PARKWAY DRIVE are back with a vengeance, releasing their monumental new single "Sacred" today — a sonic juggernaut that fuses the band’s signature intensity with a surge of hope and empowerment. It’s the first new music from the Australian powerhouse since their acclaimed 2022 full-length, Darker Still , and sets the stage for what promises to be a career-defining year.
Accompanied by a visually arresting video directed by Third Eye Visuals , “Sacred” offers a fierce rallying cry against negativity and hopelessness. Vocalist Winston McCall describes the track as “an anthemic wrecking ball of positive energy” , pushing back against the societal pressures that strip away our individuality. “We sell the unique parts of us most precious just to buy back manufactured pieces of self in order that we may feel whole again,” he says. “‘Sacred’ is our identity. ‘Sacred’ is our time. Never lose sight and never lose hope.”

With “Sacred” now unleashed, PARKWAY DRIVE is gearing up for a landmark run of global shows, beginning with a sold-out symphonic performance at the Sydney Opera House this June — a majestic celebration of the band’s 20-year legacy.
From there, the band will head stateside to co-headline the Summer of Loud 2025 tour across the U.S., performing some of the largest North American venues of their career.
But the biggest moment comes this autumn, as PARKWAY DRIVE kicks off their 20 Year Anniversary UK & EU Arena Tour . Set to be the band’s most ambitious production yet, this colossal run will showcase PARKWAY DRIVE at the height of their creative and live power.
Joining them on this milestone tour are fellow Australian heavyweights:
