Sebastian Bach to Headline Annual ROCK FOR RONNIE Concert in the Park

The highly anticipated ROCK FOR RONNIE Concert in the Park returns on Sunday, May 18, 2025 , bringing an afternoon of electrifying live music and fundraising to the Autry Museum of the West in Griffith Park, Los Angeles. This annual event benefits the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund , continuing the legacy of the legendary singer who lost his battle with gastric cancer in 2010.

A Star-Studded Lineup

Headlining this year’s ROCK FOR RONNIE will be Sebastian Bach , the iconic heavy metal vocalist and former frontman of Skid Row, alongside his band. Joining him on stage will be an impressive lineup, including:

• Dio Disciples , a tribute band featuring former members of Dio’s band.

• Jason Charles Miller , the Southern rock powerhouse.

• Kill Devil Hill , the hard-hitting metal group.

• Count’s 77 , led by Danny Coker , star of Counting Cars on the History Channel.

• Anita Squeeze , a rising local band kicking off the event.

• All-Stars Band Jam , featuring an ensemble of renowned musicians, with past appearances by Doug Aldrich, Steven Adler, Chris Broderick, Phil Demmel, Dave Grohl, Adrian Vandenberg, Ricky Warwick, and Brian Tichy , among others.

The event will be hosted by Ahmet Zappa , entrepreneur, author, and producer, who will keep the energy high throughout the day.

Founded in memory of Ronnie James Dio , the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund has raised over $2 million for cancer research. The organization has supported initiatives like the T.J. Martell Foundation , M.D. Anderson Cancer Center , and groundbreaking research by Dr. David Wong at UCLA, working on a non-invasive saliva test for early cancer detection .

100% of the net proceeds from ROCK FOR RONNIE will go directly to the Dio Cancer Fund. The organization also hosts the annual Bowl for Ronnie Celebrity Bowling Party in November.
