The album was recorded at Hard Drive Sound Studios (Stuttgart, Germany) by Roland Böffgen , with mastering handled by Kai Stahlenberg at Kohlekeller Studios . The powerful artwork was created by Hans Trasid (Disart Design) , and the lyric video for Deception was produced by Billy Kolins .
