Philadelphia-based thrash metal band Execution Order has officially released their highly anticipated debut album, Halls of Horror , on November 8, 2024 . This 9-track offering is a blistering attack of thrash metal, seamlessly blending old-school thrash influences with elements of death metal, crossover, and grindcore for a relentless sonic assault.

Drawing comparisons to thrash icons like Exodus , Testament , and Slayer , Execution Order brings a fresh but familiar sound to the genre, bringing intensity and technical precision that will satisfy thrash purists and newcomers alike.

Formed in 2021, Execution Order consists of four seasoned musicians with a combined total of nearly a thousand live performances spanning over four decades. Their extensive musical resume includes 24 full-length albums, 11 EPs, and numerous 7” singles, showcasing their deep roots in the metal scene.

The release of Halls of Horror is accompanied by the first video single, " Head of the Shovel ," which perfectly encapsulates the band’s fast-paced and aggressive style, setting the stage for what’s to come in the next phase of their career.

As the band wraps up the promotion of their debut album, they are already hard at work writing material for their second album, which began taking shape in the fall of 2024. In 2025, Execution Order will continue to focus on live performances, showcasing the 9 tracks from Halls of Horror while also testing new material. Fans can catch them performing throughout the East Coast, with additional shows to be announced abroad.
