Rapper Lil' Wayne became infamously known in the rock world for his abysmal live guitar solos, which have been meme'd to eternity and beyond.
However, he's at it again, with a guest appearance on Jon Batiste's new single "Uneasy" that sees Wayne picking up an Eddie Van Halen Frankenstrat to do his magic.
The rapper added some vocal lines to the song, featured on Batiste's new album "World Music Radio", as well as some fingerstyle guitar leads while Batiste showcases his piano skills.
The record features a notable list of high-profile guests, with the likes of Native Soul, Kenny G, Lana Del Rey, Jon Bellion, and many others making an appearance.
Discussing the ensemble of performers in the album, Batiste said:
"A range of collaborators in locations all across the globe made this a reality. There was a lot of joy in making this, and it definitely translates to the listening experience."
While Wayne's leads on "Uneasy" are far from mind-blowing, with Batiste's piano playing easily taking over the spotlight, the rapper's guitar chops here are also far from the worst we've seen him do.
