The mysterious Fugit project , one man band created by Andrea Milan returns with a long-distance work, which follows the Ep I reviewed a couple of months ago. After the acoustic and ambient experiments this ' Morphogenetic Fractal Hologram ' is presented as a more metal turning point, I am about to listen and the first track 'White Limbo' maintains dark ambient coordinates with the help of the female voice of the special guest CC , the which also accompanies the artist's music on tracks 2,5 and 9.

' Starburst ' seems to come out of the glaciers of Greenland it is so cold and gloomy, with this ethereal voice that hovers in the air under the rants of the drums of Nordic origin. An updated black metal, call it pst black or shoegaze, certainly not music usable by anyone. 

The astral and at the same time musical concept continues in ' Ekpyrosis ' where Andrea himself takes possession of the dark vocal parts, the journey, as mentioned in the presentation of the cd, sees the emotions that arise with the awareness that reality is nothing but a hologram fractal morphogen, which constantly evolves its sound towards new melodies. This is what we try to put into practice in this cd and this song is the most sincere example. An emotional journey that drags us into the sound abyss of Fugit .

A difficult work that requires in-depth listening, which a simple review cannot explain in a few lines, the hypochondriac ' Shrivel ' deals a low blow to our certainties which is followed by the captivating sweetness of ' Deus Sive Natura ' conducted by the soft vocality of CC , the initial arpeggio of ' Dysphoria ' escorts us towards a violent black attack with scream and clean alternating with sagacious experience. 

The title track deflagrates in its decadent and melancholy gait, dark at times post new wave, prelude to the instrumental ' Il Volo Proibito ', six minutes of experiments that I would combine with Gregorian gothic, decadent and at times gloomy strings and piano, interesting.

It all closes with ' Out Of Sync With The World ' which adds that horror emotion to its melancholic bearing.

I repeat difficult record that must be listened to several times, Fugit surprises us in any case for its mystical, emotional approach or to better quote it " Like an explorer of a distant world, watch the universe consume life ". italiadimetallo
