REN MARABOU Announces Metal Podcast 'SAGAS' in Collaboration with Serpent Tounge, First Episode Online!

Irish Viking Metal/Norse Pagan Rockers REN MARABOU AND THE BERSERKERS' Ren Marabou has announced a Metal Podcast 'SAGAS' in collaboration with Corban Skipwith AKA ‘Serpent Tounge’, the first episode is now online.

Ren Marabou stated:
"So myself and Mr Corban Skipwith AKA ‘Serpent Tounge’ have started our brand new Metal Podcast ‘SAGAS’.  Episode 1 is now available. Each week we will be chatting about a different album, this week to kick things off we  spoke about the Ren Marabou and the Berserkers album ‘SAGAS’ which spawned the Podcasts creation.

The story behind the track…
Baldr, the brightest of all and the son of Odin met his untimely demise when the blind God Höd, deceived by the trickster Loki, killed him by hitting him with a mistletoe tipped arrow, the only thing that could hurt the invincible God. Upon word of Baldr’s death, everyone in the 9 Realms wept, all except one. Loki disguised as the giantess Thökk refused to weep the tears that would revive Baldr. Thus leaving him to reside in depths of Hel.
