The Nephilim were a race that came to dominate the antediluvian world and are referred to in the Bible as the heroes of old, men of renown. Strangely, after the flood these "creatures" began to appear again. Their tribes, the Rephaim and Anakim consisted of giants between 8' and 10' tall. These "mighty" nephilim giants of Genesis 6 are gone, but Revelation describes a return of another kind of nephilim to play a major role in the end times.
