Lordran from Erie, Pennsylvania, USA released their debut album “Divulgence of the Rotten Spire” in December of 2018. “Divulgence of the Rotten Spire” was made to make a statement that black metal is a viable expression, more than just a sound but a listening experience like no other. Founding member Asramis, who has been a fan of the genre for many years, sees it as more than simplistic, single-minded music and too obsessed with the occult and satanism. While posting a direct challenge to those misconceptions the band make their own effort to redefine black metal while elevating its originality and creativity.
