THE BEAST

Today I have released "Into The Ground". I am exceptionally proud of this song as it features a rare and distinguished collaboration between myself and my friend Arctica. She was noodling around on the piano in our living room, I recorded her playing on my cellphone, brought it upstairs to my studio, looped it, recorded some field noises for texture, and rest of the song just poured out of us in no time. I later brought Mat in to lay a light additive guitar track. I felt like the song called for more of a chant than a verse. The video of this song, which comes out next Friday, is something I have had in my head for four years. It took an insane amount of work so I hope that you enjoy it. I am also thrilled to announce that the single artwork is done by Alex Eckman-Lawn, whom of which I am a massive fan. Michael Kraushaar cleaned it up as per usual.
