"Better Angels" is the first single off of Ottawa’s CeVILAIN double-release "As Above, So Below" (Release date: April 12, 2019). CeVILAIN was initiated in 2017 with the idea to bring together standout musicians in the Ottawa music scene to carve out a place in the genre that was clearly lacking – a hard rock band that focuses on storytelling in a positive light. The result is a raw, emotional heavy hitting band with a sound similar to Thrice, Highly Suspect, and Three Days Grace. This new EP, "As Above, So Below" is the follow up to their 2018 EP "Rise".
