When you hear the same things over and over, you might as well laugh about it! All of these have been said to me at least once--sometimes dozens of times. By both men and women. That's not to knock anyone who has said these in the past. You're not bad people and you probably had no idea what you were saying. Besides, some of this list isn't actually cringeworthy until you've heard it from 10 different sources.
