Description
Dash Rip Rock (vocals), Mickey Trixxx (guitar, vocals), Jerry Rokker (bass), Stylez (drums), The Baby Velvet (guitar), and Don Wa (‘freak outs’) were undoubtedly influenced by: This Is Spinal Tap, hair metal ‘gone redunk’, Dread Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin, Gallagher, 90s Top 40, 90s rock (Grunge), etc. And their live shows were like none-other; mixing music, 90s pop-culture, and avant-guard theatrics into a hybrid-parody spectacle.
Just think people, The Lovely Ladz pre-date: Steel Panther, Dethklok, Tenacious D, Mac Sabbath, and…Fabio. OK, not Fabio, but you get my drift.
Without further ado, I present, originally recorded & video taped in 1993 but NEVER released until NOW: Their tear-soaked hair metal power ballad…
“NASTY BLISTER”
