Forged in the backyard metal scene of La Puente, California in 2014 , Mortalis have built their identity around the raw power and precision of classic thrash and heavy metal while refusing to remain trapped in the past. The song was originally featured on Mortalis' Earthworks EP and was handpicked by Patience as her favorite track from the band's earlier material.
