Oakland, CA – Oakland metal outfit Negative Sixxx storms forward with their latest single “Agony,” out now alongside its official video on YouTube , taken from their upcoming EP Blood and Bones (release date TBA). Featuring Sid Frankosky’s blistering vocals and the razor-sharp guitars of Chris Van De Ven and Shilo Kramer , the track is driven by the crushing rhythm section of Mark Miller on drums and Kenny Quigley on bass, delivering the full-force thrash and modern metal intensity the band is known for.

Recorded with Juan Urteaga at Trident Studios , Blood and Bones delivers a relentless three-track assault, with “Agony” leading the charge . The official video was filmed by Paul Maguire , whose work includes Fear Factory, Hatebreed, Jasta, and Dee Snider , bringing a high-impact visual edge to match the band’s intensity. The EP’s artwork was created by Kevin Roland , with photos by Dave Perga and photo editing by Brian Lewis , rounding out the full creative package.
