We've been looking over all these and asking "How do we improve this? What can we do to improve it?" One of the main areas we've been working is giving better feedback to players. We're piloting a program that is currently in progress. When you file a complaint and it results into an action we'll send an email to the person reporting the incident saying, "Thank you for the report. It was a good thing you did." In the near future, we'll actually be able to integrate that into the client. It's not an email at all, it's something that, when you login, you'll get, "Hey, remember you submitted the report? Good job!" It's as if you're part of the solution. The main reason is that reporting players and providing accurate information when a bad incident occurs, no matter what it is can be the most efficient method to improve the quality of life for WoW Classic SoD Gold everyone.
It's actually working And in the background we're working to make it even more effectively. We're doing things using data science and all sorts of absurd things to find out "Hey is this person actually being good in any way?" What users have observed is that we're trying to figure it out and they're component of our solution through providing excellent reports.
This is a very difficult balance to achieve. There are people who are genuinely writing about things, but also those who just feel they're not better than someone else.
That's why we must be aware of it. That's why I'd want to say, "Oh yeah, we're fixing this issue right away." But, no it's an ongoing procedure. It's something we'll work on as time goes on, and we constantly making changes to it. I'd like to claim that we have a silver bullet that will remove the toxicity of the internet however that's pretty difficult. So, what we're trying to do is make steady improvement. We're making sure that our players know that what we're doing.
Another thing that's emerged from BlizzCon is the new skins for buy WoW Classic SoD Gold characters. What factors determine which one will be a real skin for the game?
When we make a skin, everyone is gathered and throws around the various ideas. Then we choose the ones we love the most. The concept artist is able to quickly sketch itout, and then we can see the sketches in the drawing. If we love the skin and are really interested in the skins, then it's real skin.
