The project offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes ranging from 734 sq. ft. to 2,415 sq. ft. Pre-launch prices start at ₹12,000 per sq. ft., with 1 BHK apartments priced from ₹1.09 crore onwards. The official launch is scheduled for 13 May 2026, and possession is expected by August 2032.
