Ruthless Metal

NWOBHM or The New Wave of British Heavy Metal was a wave of metal bands that took over the British airwaves. From DIY singles to big arena tours. Headlined by bands like Iron Maiden, Def Leppard and Saxon to pioneers like Angel Witch, Venom, Raven and Witchfinder General. NWOBHM spread across the world and some bands became international stars while others faded away into obscurity.
