When Matt and I first met during the early 2000s, we wanted to make music together. From the beginning, the idea was for Meridian Veil to be deeply emotional. Even though our upcoming debut album gets heavy, there’s a deep longing that runs through the cautionary tale at its core.”  Matt added, “I remember going home and feeling super excited. Singing in this band is freeing for me. I’m happy to show that side of myself.” Dylan said, “When you have a band that involves writers from different styles, you get something really unique. Meridian Veil is progressive metal with a very dark atmosphere and thought-provoking lyrics.” Weinroth-Browne, “Upon hearing the demos for our upcoming album, I was struck by the quality of the songwriting. I believe Meridian Veil captures the best aspects of 2000’s death metal and prog metal with a distinctly modern approach.” A debut album from the band is in the works, “The Watcher” looks to be the first single New Band Meridian Veil has Cryptopsy, Leprous, Ex-The Agony, etc. - The Watcher soon!
