Judas Priest bassist Ian Hill, the band's last original member, is retiring after 56 years. In a personal letter posted October 9, 2026, Hill says advanced arthritis and a tendon he snapped in his left shoulder at the Brussels show ended his run. Uriah Heep and Elegant Weapons bassist Davey Rimmer, who covered the London show, is his permanent replacement. Hill already recorded his bass parts for the next album, and Priest returns in June 2027 in Oslo, Norway. #IanHill #JudasPriest #DaveyRimmer 🔥 Join the Feed Fam — unlock comment badges, emojis, early drops, and exclusive perks, all while directly supporting Rock Feed: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeS9Gr2R2nJa_wrjUke2-Tw/join Get passes to DWP Rock Festival: https://linkly.link/2TlSd I'd appreciate it if you took a moment to follow :) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rockfeednet X: (formerly Twitter) https://twitter.com/RockFeedNet Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rockfeedofficial Website: https://www.rockfeed.net
