Description
Quiet Riot's new singer John Torra had to prove his voice wasn't AI before the band hired him.
Manager Regina Banali suspected the 23-year-old's viral audition videos were faked because he sounded so much like the late Kevin DuBrow, Rolling Stone reports. Torra passed every test, joined Rudy Sarzo, Alex Grossi and Johnny Kelly, and debuted October 1 in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, then played St. Charles, Missouri on October 3.
