What’s up, Metal Devastation family!

I’m Ricky Ponty , real estate consultant by profession, and lifelong metal fan by passion. I currently work with Godrej MSR City , a premium township project by Godrej Properties , located in Shettigere, North Bangalore .

We’re building something heavy — 62 acres of rock-solid design with 4,000 high-end units , including 2 BHKs (1,186–1,292 sq. ft.) and 3 BHKs (1,585–1,876 sq. ft.) , starting at ₹1.18 Crore . Phase 1 launched in early 2025 , with 1,961 homes ready to move in by March 2030 . And yes — we’ve got the RERA seal : PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/010425/007644 .
