Angela Nauss is a trauma specialist with experience in substance use, trauma, and domestic
violence. Former clients have self-reported a reduction in nightmares, intrusive memories,
and thoughts, challenging negative self-beliefs, and building resiliency skills. Clients also
self-report success resolving traumatic childhood memories and challenging toxic
relationships. Her therapeutic approach is working with clients to achieve goals and become
more productive.
She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional
Psychology and is an EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) certified therapist. She uses
culturally sensitive individual and family psychotherapy for adults using an eclectic
approach, including EMDR, CBT, MI (Motivational Interviewing), and mindfulness techniques.
She is passionate about working with clients to foster growth and lasting change.
