Hi there! My name is Fred Kressaty , and I'm an accomplished coach with a focus on empowering people, couples, families, and professionals to create great changes in their lives. My mission is to teach people how to efficiently adjust to life's obstacles while upholding their moral principles, so assisting them in becoming "unstuck" from overpowering negative ideas. I think everyone deserves to live a more conscious, happy, meaningful, and purposeful existence. My education includes a bachelor's degree in sociology from St. Francis College, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Liberty University.
