Barry Robert Baker is an individual who gained notoriety after a video of him assaulting a man with cerebral palsy outside of a 7-Eleven store in West Chester, Pennsylvania went viral in 2017. In the video, Baker is seen mocking the victim, who was walking with a cane, before punching him in the face and fleeing the scene.
