To inquire about our flight, my companion and I went to the Royal Jordanian Abu Dhabi Office . The staff offered us their whole attention even though we didn't have an appointment. They made sure all of our questions were addressed and were amiable and kind. They gave us thorough explanations of all the questions we had regarding baggage, meals, and travel schedules. We didn't have to wait long, and the office was immaculate. I had one of the nicest experiences ever in an airline office. If necessary, I would return and encourage others to seek assistance there.
