The Long Island Hardcore band The Great Lie is fronted by Kerry Merkle, who has been the frontman of the LI punk/hardc0re band John Wilkes Booth since I began corresponding with him a few years ago. John Wilkes Booth is currently working on new material. The Great Lie just released their new EP, All Roads Lead To Where You Stand, which was recorded during a nine-hour session in a friend's garage studio. All Roads Lead To Where You Stand is available on all digital platforms including Bandcamp, Spotify, Deezer, Itunes and Youtube. The band’s considering pressing 500 CD copies of the EP and may press it to vinyl. A follow up release to All Roads Lead To Where You Stand is in development and should be out early next year.
