do you're ons whatever you want and then you get choice you know I choose not to eat ice cream for every meal personally and you can choose that too or you can choose to eat it for every meal I don't care but at least it's coming from a place of choice and freedom and most people that come to me they say they feel enslaved they feel stuck in a body that's not theirs they feel uncomfortable in a body that they don't want to feel uncomfortable in its all of this stuff about feeling really heavy and stuck in compacted and just be free that's what you want you want freedom and you probably believe that the way to get to freedom is to release the weight it's actually the other way around the way to release the weight is to feel free so start freeing yourself of all of these rules and restrictions and deprivation and struggles and stives and punishment and guilt and all that crap it's heavy right even me just saying it it feels heavy it makes me I don't want to like fall down feel like I've got a you know hundred pounds sitting on my shoulder so you want to feel light and free and half choice then you have to start giving yourself that ability to do so so deprivation is something that you can eliminate right now just
